The hotel, with only ten rooms, is an aristocratic building dating from the XVIII century now carefully refurbished whose serene location could, in tourist terms, be described as "strategic".
From here both the acropolis of Terra Murata, cultural centre of the Island and the trading port of Marina of Sancio Cattolico can be easily reached.
